a few weeks ago, allan and i found a tiny kitten in the woods near russian river. she came falling/stumbling down the hill towards us and my immediate instinct was to pick her up. i could tell she hadn’t eaten and was far too small (three quarters of a pound we later found out!) to be alone. after a failed attempt to find the mother cat, i decided to take her home and be her new mama. we drove to petco in santa rosa and bought a bottle to give her some kitten milk (allan had to pierce the nipple with a plastic fork from jack in the box) and eventually brought her home.
her name is apple blossom because that white stripes song was playing when we got into the car with her but i mostly call her lil baby.
Now I can just reblog everything the girl I love posts and no one can stop me.
