Goodness. It’s sad to think that they’re going to keep iterating like this on a bad premise; it’s sadder to see how the badness of the premise begins to corrupt the authenticity and integrity of the marketing. This “feature,” after all, is bullshit: no one has ever thought, “I wish I could invite more people to use this service, but it’s too hard and there’s insufficient personalization!” 
“Join Path, mama!” No one thinking seriously about human needs and connection could have authored that sentence, right?
